Only 50 Golden Families will be selected!
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We review each one and select a special group to be part of our coffee table book.
If your application is selected, Little Oak Studio will be in contact with you.

Why are we choosing to help raise funds for Safe Pets Safe Families?
I’m Rachel, Owner/Photographer (and Baby Whisperer) of the Little Oak Studio, and have been a proud animal lover since the day I can remember. Having captured many young families along with their pets, over my journey as a Newborn and Family Photographer in Adelaide, I feel it’s time to give back to this amazing organisation that helps families and their animals in time of need.
The Details
A personalised photography session for your family ($50.00 registration fee) at our studio in Banksia Park.
A complimentary Fine Art Print of your favourite photograph!
A double-page spread in the book, ‘50 Shades of Gold’ sharing your story.
The opportunity to proof your page in the book and approve your text copy.
The opportunity to purchase printed artwork from your session, and your copy of ‘50 Shades of Gold’ to display on your coffee table!*
Best of all, 100% of your registration fee is donated to Safe Pets Safe Families!
*Digital files are not included with the registration fee and may be purchased separately. The published book is not included in the registration fee and will be available for purchase during your design consultation.

How the Process Works

Apply*
Submit your family’s application.
*The application window is open until 30th June 2024.
Step 2
Discovery Call
Someone from our team will contact you to discuss your application and answer any questions.
Step 3
Booking Your Session
Successful applicants will pay the $50 registration fee and select a date for their session.
Step 4
Viewing Appointment
You will get to select your favourite photo for the book and purchase any prints or collections should you wish to do so.
Who are Safe Pets Safe Families?
Safe Pets Safe Families understand the invaluable connection that humans hold with their pets. The core function of the Safe Pets Families organisation is to provide last resort crisis care, yet we also recognise that there are a multitude of factors and situations that people may face which prevent them from keeping their pets safe or providing them with the appropriate level of care they require.
That’s why we have developed a range of programs to provide broader support services to recognised vulnerable pet owners in the South Australian community. These services range from offering foster care and veterinary care in times of need to educating at-risk youths to reduce animal abuse and domestic violence.
Launch Party
Upon completion of this project, there will be a launch party to reveal the book's cover, we'll have a presentation, and all the families and their Goldens featured in the book are welcome to attend.
