In 25 words or less, why would you like to have your Golden featured in this book project? * Terms and Conditions* * Model Release: If my application is successful, I acknowledge and agree that the Little Oak Studio shall have the exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable right to take, use, re-use, publish and republish photographic materials from the photographic session in printed promotional and portfolio materials and samples, online use, and other areas of marketability including, but not limited to this book project. All successful applicants will pay a $50 registration fee, which at the end of the project, 100% will be donated to our chosen charity, Safe Pets Safe Families. The $50 registration fee includes one photoshoot per family, a guaranteed double-page spread in the book and a complimentary Fine Art Print. Registration fee does not include digital files or a finished copy of the coffee table book. Portraits captured during your session will be available for purchase during your viewing and ordering appointment. Copying of photos by digital, electronic, or traditional means is not permitted.
